Before you book, lets get on the same page!

• Deposit

  A minimum of $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit may be forfeited if any policies are not followed, resulting in appointment cancellation

• Drop Offs

  Drop-offs are mandatory for wig services when using a new wig or a reinstall requiring maintenance.

  Drop off your unit with your name on it on Saturdays between 9 AM - 3 PM. Failure to comply with this policy will result in appointment cancellation.

• Late | Cancellation Policy

  Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes without a minimum of 30-minute notice will result in fees or cancellation of the appointment.

• Colouring

  Colouring consultations are mandatory before scheduling a colouring appointment to ensure the purchased unit can achieve the desired result

• Re-installs

  Reinstalls are only accepted for units that have been previously customized or serviced by us.

  When booking a reinstall with maintenance, you must follow the drop-off policy.

  For a reinstall without maintenance, you must bring the wig in a ready-to-install condition—clean, detangled, and dry. Failure to comply with this policy will result in appointment cancellation.

• Tape in | Weft Extensions

  A mandatory consultation is required before booking initial tape-in, or weft extension services. This ensures that the hair purchased is suitable for the desired result and that realistic expectations are set.

  Appointments for these services cannot be scheduled without a prior consultation. Failure to complete a consultation will result in cancellation of the booking request.
